Lil Kodak They Don't Wanna See You Winning, So You Plead Not Guilty Instead: Kodak Black Pleads Not Guilty to Home Raid Charges

Kodak Black has plead not guilty for possession of ammunition and marijuana from his January arrest. On February 22nd the "Tunnel Vision" rapper had his charges of possession of a weapon or ammunition by a delinquent, child neglect, and grand theft of a firearm dropped. All of these charges stem from an arrest made on January 18th when the sherrif's office raided Kodak's home. The video shows people smoking weed and having handguns around Kodak's son who is a toddler. Kodak is currently being held without bond and seems to be optimistic about his situation. Just yesterday the rapper's Twitter account tweeted: Gods Plan 🙏🏿 — Kodak Black (@KodakBlack1k) February 27, 2018 Kodak must have the best lawyer in the country because this man has been arrested for sexual assault and got off scot free. I like his music but that case left a bad taste in my mouth of him. Now that he's been accused of putting his son in danger I think there needs to be some

Looks Like 6IX9INE Got Hit With The Stiffy Huh? Tekashi 6IX9INE Gets Into a Fight at LAX

Pedophile  Rapper Tekashi 6ix9ine was caught in the middle of a scuffle at the LAX airport. The video shows one man coming at Tekashi's crew looking for a fight and they got into it. In the beginning Tekashi seemed to be walking away from the altercation at first, but then came back to "defend" his friends. Turns out he got tripped up and jumped while on the ground. It's funny, there were only 2 people against Tekashi's squad and they washed them. Here is the video of Tekashi getting jumped: Tekashi 6ix9ine got jumped at the airport. Girl What You Gonna Do With Your Life? Part 4

On my last post I wanted to talk about the people I look up to as inspiration. Each of these individuals has helped realize what I want to do and how to get there. Beyoncé is the end all be all. She is the standard. I've looked up to and admired Beyoncé ever since I was six years old. Beyoncé is a black woman who is well respected everywhere and is continuously breaking barriers. I admire her work ethic, strength, and ambition. She makes sure that everything she does is perfect and done right and I wish to carry on that philosophy. Sean "P. Diddy" Combs is an inspiration to me because he created his own empire. He has a net worth is $820 million. When you think of Diddy you think of luxury and living the fabulous life. I want to build an empire too and I look to Diddy as the blueprint. Kid Fury & Crissle host a podcast called "The Read." "The Read" is the first podcast I listened to and I instantly fell in love. Kid Fury started o

Girl What You Gonna Do With Your Life? Part 3

I've always felt like I was too big for Northern Kentucky. I lived here all my life and I have out grew this small town. My goal is to move to a big city. For the longest I wanted to move to Los Angeles. I wanted to be an actress and L.A seemed like the place to be. Now that I realize that acting is not in my near future I have another destination in mind. Harlem. New York is so fascinating to me. I feel like there's always something to do. In the fast pace city there is never a dull moment. I need that in my life. Doing the same thing in the same mundane city gets old. New York is exciting! I mean come on that's where Sex and the City  was based in. Harlem is the borough I'm attracted to because I feel like the city is so lively. With the Harlem Renaissance and multicultural community it has a rich history that I have just fell in love with. Out of all of the boroughs I feel like I would fit better in Harlem. Everything is there for me, especially Times Square.

Girl What You Gonna Do With Your Life? Part 2

Now that I have a plan for my future I have to know the steps it takes to get there. Being a Virgo I have to know and plan EVERYTHING. The feeling of uncertainty drives me crazy which is why it was so hard for me to be so directionless for all those years. So now, I pull out my handy dandy notebook, and get to work. I had to narrow my goals into what I want my end goal to be and the smaller steps it takes to get there. Big Goal: To be a  TV personality and podcaster. Short Term Goals: Create a Twitter account  Start a blog  Make a YouTube Channel Get an internship in my field  Doesn't seem so scary when you write it out either. It makes you feel like you're taking steps in the right direction. By having all of this in my head I felt very overwhelmed and stressed out. When you only think of your end goals it seems like you'll never get there. For me, I have to take it day at a time and not let my self get so stressed out about what the future has in store

My Award Show Just Vent Viral: The BET Social Awards Rundown

The BET Social Awards  premiered last night and I honestly did not know they were coming on. I only seen the nominees on Twitter I didn't even know when the award show was going to premiere.  I accidentally stumbled upon them because I was watching Kevin Hart's Grown Little Man  comedy special on BET and it came on right after. Just five minutes in and BET was already having technical difficulties. So much glitching that I was starting to think that there was something wrong with my cable box. The show started off with a cute dance number that honestly could've been left at home. Michael Blackson was the host and for a social media award show I expected someone who came up through social media to host it. Names like DC Young Fly and Khadi Don were thrown around for hosting and I wish BET would've capitalized on that opportunity. The show had three performances. Amanda Seales did a spoken word routine called "Black Girl Magic" and I was really impress

Girl What You Gonna Do With Your Life? Part 1: A Saga

Embed from Getty Images When I arrived to NKU three years ago I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, let alone what I wanted to major in. Just the year before I had plans of being a Computer Scientist and create cool software, and then AP Calculus came in and tore my dream into pieces. For years I felt directionless and like I was wasting time. You get told all the time that "oh you're young you have plenty of time to figure it out" or "many of people change their majors you'll be fine." But when everyone else is in their majors and know what they want to do you feel left out and left behind. This summer was a troubling time for me for many reasons, but one of them was because I felt like I should have been doing something to further my "career" but I didn't know what I wanted to do so it was frustrating. I felt like I had all this time to do something but nothing came to mind. I noticed on YouTube I would always watch videos from
